Does GrowthSignal guarantee more traffic, leads, or rankings?
No. GrowthSignal does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or any other business outcome. The report separates verified observations from hypotheses and recommendations, and every generated report is checked against automated quality gates that block guarantee-style language.
What pages do you look at?
Only publicly reachable pages of the URL you submit, starting from the homepage and following a small number of same-site internal links up to your plan's page limit. We check the site's robots.txt first and skip any path it disallows. We never access private or authenticated pages.
What happens if my site can't be analyzed?
If a target is unreachable, times out, or is blocked by robots.txt, you still receive a report — a clearly labeled fallback report explaining what happened, rather than a fabricated result.
How is the score calculated?
By a fixed, published rubric: each check inspects one observable signal (e.g. "has a meta description," "images have alt text") and awards a documented number of points. There is no invented authority metric.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, under the conditions in our refund policy — generally, within 14 days if the report was not delivered or does not match its described scope.
