From URL to delivered report, step by step

1. Step 1

   You submit a URL and choose a plan

   Free snapshot, one-time Growth Diagnostic, or recurring Growth Monitoring. Paid plans go through a hosted Stripe Checkout page — we never see or store your card details.

2. Step 2

   You confirm payment and add optional context

   After checkout, you can add company context (goals, notes) that appears in your report clearly labeled as customer-provided, never mixed in with our automated findings.

3. Step 3

   The diagnostic engine runs automatically

   We check the site's robots.txt, fetch up to your plan's page limit (with strict timeouts and size limits), and extract structural, messaging, and technical/accessibility signals from each page.

4. Step 4

   A configurable rubric scores each page

   Every point is tied to a specific, documented check (e.g. "meta description present"). There is no invented authority score — you can see exactly why each page scored the way it did.

5. Step 5

   The report passes quality gates before delivery

   An automated check blocks delivery of any report that omits required disclosures, lacks a confidence label, or contains an unsupported guarantee-style claim. A URL we could not analyze gets an honest fallback report instead of a fabricated one.

6. Step 6

   You get an email with a secure link

   The HTML and PDF reports are stored privately and made available through an expiring, single-purpose download link. You can also check job status any time from your account.

Typical timing

Free snapshots return in seconds. Growth Diagnostics are typically delivered within 24 hours (processed asynchronously via a queue so a slow or unreachable target site never blocks your request). Growth Monitoring re-runs automatically on a monthly schedule.
