Refund Policy

A full refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase if:

• Your Growth Diagnostic report was never delivered, or
• The delivered report does not match the scope described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.

Requests meeting these conditions are approved automatically. All other refund requests are reviewed manually by our support team, typically within a few business days.

Use the contact form or submit a request from your account dashboard with your order ID and the email address used at checkout.

Growth Monitoring subscriptions

You can cancel a recurring Growth Monitoring subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund past renewal charges except under the conditions above.

What's not covered

We do not refund a report that was delivered as described simply because it did not identify the issues a customer expected, or because a customer disagrees with a recommendation — the diagnostic reflects observable page signals, not a guarantee of any particular finding.
